Notice: You may incur import taxes and duty on your international order. Please note these additional costs are your responsibility. Therefore we strongly recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.  

*Please note these dates are a guide, sometimes your parcel may experience customs delay. Unfortunately, we have no control over these delays but are happy to help where we can. 

 

R E T U R N S

Firstly, thank you for choosing us! However, if you are not satisfied with your item(s), please see the return policy outlined below:

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your items must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require you to email us with your order number as the subject; this will allow us to process and keep track of your return.

There are certain situations where only a credit note or partial refund is given:

  • Any item not in its original condition,

  • Damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any items returned more than 28 days after delivery

Please note due to hygiene reasons earrings, and underwear are non-refundable - unless they are faulty. 

When returning your item, you are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost which will be non-refundable.We recommend sending it back using tracked mail to ensure it arrives safely and a timely manner. If you can mark the content as a return it will help us avoid any importing fees. 

Please email us first, notifying us that you wish to return it. We will then provide you with the return address.
